Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Joe Filter, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Order Cancellations
We will gladly cancel any order with the status of “Pending” at no charge. To view the status of your order please log into your account and navigate to your order history. If you order has a status of “Shipped” or “Delivered” you will be required to ship all items back in new condition with the original packaging and will be subject to all shipping charges once the item have been returned. Please provide contact information in the event we have questions in regards to canceling your order. You may also call us at (480) 813-9494 to cancel while providing the same information. Returns must be submitted within 14 days of the ship date.
Shipping & Handling Times
All orders received before 1pm Arizona Time (PST) will ship within one business day. There may be times when a product is out-of-stock which may delay your order. We'll keep you informed of any products that are unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the unused product(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement with your receipt.
