Our Cleaning Process
Our Crime Free Certified Technicians begin by laying drop cloths and moving/covering any furniture within the vicinity of the work area to protect your home during the cleaning process. Next, we go through and remove all of the register covers and bring them outside to be thoroughly cleaned. Your technician then begins the actual process of cleaning your air ducts. We use a large HEPA vacuum that has a soft bristled brush on the end of the hose that simultaneously scrubs and vacuums your ducts clean while ensuring all dust and debris remain trapped in the HEPA filters. After the ducts are scrubbed clean we lightly fog your system with a EPA-Registered antimicrobial fog that will sterilize your duct work while leaving your home with a pleasant scent. Finally, we reattach all of your registers and return grille covers and replace all air filters with new MERV 8 pleated filters (gotta keep those freshly cleaned ducts clean!) While packing up all of our equipment we make sure to leave our work space cleaner than we found it.
